Role & responsibilities
Identify ATM/BNRM transaction error codes and ensure timely settlement of customer disputes.
Read, interpret and analyze EJ logs to validate transactions and detect discrepancies.
Verify Switch Counters vs. Physical Counters for ATM/CRM transactions to identify mismatches.
Manage reconciliation processes involving CBR / C3R / VCB and ensure timely updates in systems.
Review and validate CCTV footage for disputed transactions and implement required actions.
Coordinate effectively with banks, customers, field teams, and vendors for dispute closures.
Prepare and maintain daily disputed transaction data, reports, and documentation.
Utilize MS Excel and MS Office for reports, tracking, and analysis.

Preferred candidate profile
2 -- 4 years of experience in ATM/BNRM reconciliation, CMS/Managed Services, or Banking Operations
Solid understanding of ATM transactions, EJ logs, counters, and reconciliation tools
Experience in dispute handling with banks
Valuable analytical and coordination skills
