Your Role
The Oracle Field Service Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle CX Field Service Cloud solutions. The role involves working with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize field service operations, ensuring productive scheduling, resource management, and customer experience.
Your Profile
Experience: 4+ years in Oracle CX Field Service Cloud implementation.
Robust understanding of Field Service Management , Routing , and Capacity Planning .
Hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service configuration and optimization.
Knowledge of integration with Oracle Service Cloud and ERP modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
