Responsibilities:
Align directly with Sales representatives to provide seamless account support from campaign set-up, launch, delivery, optimization (complete end to end).
Serve as lead contact for all day-to-day client communication, ensuring exceptional service and troubleshooting appropriately in a timely manner.
Deep understanding around clients KPIs and ability to monitor and optimize campaigns daily.
Manage tracking link testing and other QA activities for each app install campaign
Lead campaign kick-off meetings, manage launch timelines, and streamline communication on campaign updates, troubleshooting, optimization recommendations and final campaign review.
Communicate with sales, product and engineering teams on daily basis in IN, AU and South Korea
Maintain strong knowledge of Samsung Ads platform and offerings to serve as the go-to” resource and drive upsell opportunities.
Produce best practices and learnings based on campaign performance, and provide clients with recommendations to drive renewal business.
Collaborate with Marketing team for custom ideation and marketing solutions,



providing specific overview of client’s objectives and goals.
Educate and guide current and existing clients on best practices, onboard new clients and proactively address areas where improvement is needed.
Understand the larger financial picture and drive positive impact towards Samsung Ads’ annual sales growth.

Background/Experience Required:
3 - 5 years of experience in campaign management, optimization, and/or ad operations in a revenue generating capacity
Solid understanding of digital and programmatic advertising
Previous experience in end to end digital advertising campaign management - campaign setup, optimizations, pre sales and post sales.
Experience executing programmatic campaigns using DSPs
Proficiency with ad technology tools, systems, and platforms, including DSPs, DMPs, publisher or agency ad servers, and 3rd party measurement, research, and verification vendors
Robust communicator with ability to explain complex components in a simple and easy to follow manner.
