Key Responsibilities:
Handle L3 support and complex security incidents.
Manage and optimize WAF & DDoS protection solutions.
Configure WAF policies, custom rules and reduce false positives.
Analyze and mitigate DDoS attacks.
Manage SSL/TLS, SSL offloading and encrypted traffic.
Perform RCA, incident/problem management and ensure SLA compliance.
Mentor L2 engineers and coordinate with customers/OEMs.
Mandatory Skills:
WAF + DDoS
Valuable to Have:
SSL/TLS | NBAD | SIEM | Incident Response | F5/Imperva/Cloudflare/Akamai | Radware/Arbor/NetScout
Preferred Certifications: CCNA, RHCE, CompTIA, CISA, CISM, PMP or relevant OEM certification.
