Role & responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace to promote employee satisfaction.
Address employee concerns, support grievance resolution, and contribute to enhancing workplace morale.
Support the execution of programs related to cultural transformation, collaboration, and ownership.
Talent Engagement & Development:
Assist in onboarding current employees, ensuring a smooth first 120-day journey.
Coordinate with the L&D; team to identify and address training needs.
Help implement initiatives for employee engagement, rewards, and recognition.
Location HR Operations:




Maintain compliance with vendor contracts and regulatory requirements under the guidance of the HRBP head.
Support HR vendor onboarding and ensure SLA compliance.
HR Process Improvements:
Provide support in managing HR processes like performance assessments, onboarding, and talent development.
Assist senior managers with employee engagement and workforce planning initiatives.
Administrative & Cooperative Support:
Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring timely communication and information sharing.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and programs.
