Solid knowledge of SDLC and hands-on experience leading engineering teams in a .NET environment
Minimum 6 years working experience across Microsoft .NET and modern microservices environments
Positive English communication skills, able to work with product, compliance, and infrastructure stakeholders
Robust quality focus and ownership of non-functional requirements (security, performance, observability)
Flair for documentation and architecture reviews
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of 4 to 8 engineers
Prior experience in payments, fintech, or banking domain (merchant onboarding, KYC, compliance)
Experience with merchant/partner integration ecosystems (card networks, PSPs, aggregators, TSPs)
Familiarity with Quartz.Net / Hangfire for batch job orchestration
Own technical direction and delivery quality.
Ensure reliable integrations across the merchant ecosystem.
Own non-functional requirements: performance, security, observability, audit/compliance
Mentor developers and manage technical risks.
