Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts (as per business requirement)

Week Off: 2 rotational weekly offs

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the International Voice & Chat Process in Gurgaon. The role involves handling inbound and blended customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and chat support for international customers. Respond to customer queries with accuracy and professionalism. Ensure first contact resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain call/chat quality and meet performance metrics. Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data security norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:



Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)Experience: Freshers can apply .Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Skills Required: Excellent English communication (verbal and written)Strong listening and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge & good typing speed Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts

Salary Package:

Freshers: 17,000-25,000 (Based on assessment scores)Experienced: 25,000-50,000 (Based on assessment scores)
