What a typical day looks like:
Manage part and component qualification through PPAP and FAI across the product lifecycle
Lead supplier qualification, assess risks, define process parameters, and verify supplier capability against engineering requirements.
Support new product launches by ensuring supplier quality compliance.
Follow up with suppliers root cause analysis and corrective actions on quality issues
Review and improve supplier manufacturing processes, driving value and efficiency.
Promote continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Poka Yoke, MSA, and PFMEA techniques
Provide concise, complete, and accurate documentation of inspection results relative to area of responsibility.




Conduct on-site/virtual audits to verify corrective actions related to supplier quality issues.
Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.
Report on Key Performance Indicators and interpreting engineering drawings.
Solid planning and prioritization capabilities.
Valuable and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
Proficient in soft skills, including Excel and presentation skills.
