Overview

We are seeking an experienced Node.js Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building backend applications using Node.js, Express.js, and Prisma ORM. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of database design, and the ability to build scalable, high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Node.js and Express.js.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
Work extensively with Prisma ORM for database schema design, migrations, and queries.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Integrate external APIs and third-party services.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.




Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js.
Strong proficiency in Express.js.
Hands-on experience with Prisma ORM.
Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server).
Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
Strong understanding of REST API design principles.
Positive knowledge of Git and version control.
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Experience working with GraphQL.
Understanding of caching technologies (Redis, Memcached).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
