Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, leads, and sales.
Plan, create, and manage social media content, including posts, Reels, videos, and promotional creatives.
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.
Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and website promotion.
Manage and optimize the Google Business Profile to improve local visibility.
Create engaging marketing content, ad copies, captions, and promotional campaigns.
Generate and improve the quality of sales leads through digital marketing campaigns.
Track CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize ads for better results.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up and conversion.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising tools, algorithms, and best practices.




Identify new digital channels and prospects to improve customer acquisition and sales growth.
Work independently and maintain productivity while working in a remote environment.

Preferred candidate profile
1 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Lead Generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
Strong understanding of paid advertising, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
Experience in generating quality leads and driving sales through digital channels.
Good knowledge of content creation, ad copywriting, Reels, and promotional campaigns.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to understand campaign data, ROI, conversions, and performance metrics.
Creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to independently plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.
Candidates with a proven track record of improving leads, conversions, and sales will be preferred.
