Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry and hands-on knowledge of SAP. The candidate will be responsible for billing, invoicing, receipts, collections tracking, reconciliation, MIS, and coordination with Finance, Accounts and CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end billing activities for real estate projects.
Prepare and process customer invoices, demand letters, receipts and billing-related documents.
Generate and process billing transactions through SAP.
Maintain customer ledgers and billing records.
Track outstanding payments, collections and customer dues.
Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, CRM, Sales and other internal teams.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly billing MIS.
Verify billing data and supporting documents before processing.
Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments and account statements.
Support payment follow-ups and outstanding receivable tracking.




Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal records.
Ensure timely and accurate updating of transactions in SAP.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.
2–6 years of relevant experience in Billing / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations.
Real Estate industry experience preferred.
Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP.
Good understanding of invoicing, receipts, collections, reconciliation and customer ledgers.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in reputed real estate organizations preferred.
Experience handling customer billing and project-related financial transactions.
Solid SAP and Excel skills.
Candidates from a Real Estate background will be given preference.
Immediate joiners / short notice period candidates preferred.
