Responsibilities
Lead test planning and strategies for web, mobile, and database applications.
Create test cases and acceptance criteria with product and development teams.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, database, and performance testing.
Use basic automation to improve testing efficiency.
Track defects, analyze results, and coordinate issue resolution.
Improve QA processes and adopt testing best practices.
Support production issue resolution and release activities.

Requirements
Experience testing web and mobile applications.
Solid knowledge of QA processes, test planning, and defect tracking.
Basic automation and API testing experience.
Valuable knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Basic knowledge of JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance tools.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
E-commerce/product-based experience is a plus.
