Accounts Receivable , Billing , Reconciliation , Expert in Excel, GST and TDS Knowledge
Robust experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Customer Reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ensure proper deduction and accounting of TDS and reconcile TDS certificates with customer accounts.
Generate and validate invoices in line with customer contracts, purchase orders, and company policies.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Process credit notes, debit notes, and invoice corrections as required.
