The chance: Associate Consultant-TMT-Business Consulting Risk-CNS - Risk - Process & Controls - Mumbai

Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements across Indian and international legal frameworks.
Knowledge of Labour & Employment Laws, Environmental Laws, Occupational Health & Safety laws, and other applicable regulatory laws.
Experience in conducting compliance assessments to identify gaps and support remediation planning.
Ability to design and implement compliance frameworks aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in policy drafting, due diligence, and business strategy advisory from a risk and controls perspective.

Qualifications




Bachelor of Laws / Master of Laws
