Role & responsibilities :
Review and process Country Manager expenses, debit notes, freight bills, advances, and forex requests.
Verify invoices, supporting documents, tax details, calculations, and policy compliance.
Process debit notes and freight bills in SAP, ensuring correct GL accounts, tax codes, cost/profit centres.
Coordinate with Finance, Treasury, Logistics, Legal, and Country Managers for approvals and payments.
Maintain vendor/service agreements and track renewals and compliance documentation.
Prepare monthly provisions, reconciliations, ledgers, and MIS reports using SAP and Excel.
Ensure accurate financial records, timely settlements, audit readiness, and resolution of discrepancies.
Key Skills: SAP, Advanced Excel, Finance Operations, Reconciliation, Compliance, MIS, and Stakeholder Management.
