Job Summary

Executive / Senior Executive in the assortment team is responsible for planning and allocating gold jewellery assortments across showroom locations based on sales trends, business requirements and customer preferences. The role involves analysing sales performance, monitoring inventory distribution, ensuring stock accountability to optimize product availability and sales performance across all showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

Assortment Planning & Allocation
Allocate gold jewellery assortments across showrooms based on regional preferences, demand patterns, and business requirements.
Ensure the right product mix is available across locations to maximize sales prospects.
Monitor stock distribution and support timely replenishment and reallocation activities.

Sales & Market Analysis
Analyse historical sales data to identify product performance trends and customer buying patterns.




Study location-wise design preferences and provide recommendations for effective assortment planning.
Support data-driven decision-making through sales and inventory analysis.

Inventory Management & Reporting
Monitor inventory levels across showrooms to ensure optimal stock availability.
Prepare and maintain assortment-related reports, allocation trackers, and MIS reports.
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of data for business review and planning.

Stock Accountability & Security
Maintain accurate records of jewellery stock handled for assortment activities.
Perform end-of-day stock verification and reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
Ensure all jewellery stock is properly accounted for and securely returned to the designated secure locker at the end of each working day in accordance with company policies and security procedures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any field.
1 to 2 years of experience in jewellery sales / Backend operations.
Basic Proficiency in MS Excel
