Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday working, 1 weekday off)

Location: Navi Mumbai

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, result-driven Academic Counsellor to manage both walk-in (offline) and online student inquiries. The role involves counselling students and parents visiting the centre, as well as handling leads via calls and other channels to drive admissions.

Responsibilities
Counsel walk-in students and parents at the centre regarding courses, programs, and career paths.
Convert walk-in inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
Handle online leads through calls, follow-ups, and cold calling.
Guide prospective students and address their queries to drive conversions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure closure.
Update and manage lead data in CRM systems.




Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes.

Requirements
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in face-to-face counselling is highly preferred
Comfortable with cold calling and handling online leads
Target-oriented with a robust ability to convert leads
Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
Graduate in any discipline (English literature is preferred)
