Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Pharmacy Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls related to medicine orders, customer queries, and prescription follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for medicine orders, refills, and follow-ups
Handle inbound calls regarding medicine availability, price, and delivery status
Convert leads into sales for pharmacy products, OTC, and wellness products
Explain dosage, substitutes, and offers to customers (as per SOP)
Maintain customer data, order details, and call records in CRM
Coordinate with the pharmacy store / warehouse team for order fulfillment
Build and retain customer relationships to ensure repeat orders




Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Freshers or Minimum 1 year experience as Telecaller in Pharmacy / Healthcare / Telesales
Knowledge of medicines, generic medicines, and medical terminology is a must
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English & Marathi
Comfortable with target-based job and rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, CRM handling
D.Pharm / B.Pharm candidates will be given preference

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Immediate joiners preferred
Experience from 1mg, PharmEasy, Apollo Pharmacy, Netmeds, Wellness Forever will be an advantage
Good convincing and customer handling skills
