Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment (chillers, dryers, robots), and utilities.
Ensure minimal machine downtime and quick restoration of production equipment.
Maintain and update the preventive maintenance schedule as per OEM and internal SOPs.
Supervise maintenance of moulds, jigs, fixtures, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Coordinate with the production and quality team for machine availability and performance.
Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Maintain documentation for audit compliance (ISO 14001, IATF 16949, etc.).
