Role & responsibilities
Depot Coordination for Repair & Cleaning Work of ISO Tank
Coordination with Depot for Cleaning and M&R; - approval/execution.
Check and approve repair/cleaning cost estimates sent by depots.
Monitor and execute Tank testing & Obtain certificate
If required visit vendor depots to check work quality and follow up on repair/cleaning jobs.
Physically check tanks for damage, tank number, fittings, and old cargo stickers.
Tank & Stock Management
Coordinate for ISO parts inventory - Own Store and at Vendor Depot
Monitor & maintain ISO tank Inventory.
Keep record of tank number stickers, corner plates, and Abloy locks.
Records & Daily Reports
Enter Gate In / Gate Out details on time.
Keep all records updated in the ERP system.
Collect daily depot reports (cleaning/repair status) and send the daily MIS report to management
Tank Billing




Prepare and send correct rental bills to customers on time.
Check vendor bills from depots and storage yards, and explicit payments.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 3 to 6 years in ISO tank, depot, or transport-related work.
Education: Graduate / Diploma (Logistics, Mechanical, or related field).
Travel: Ready to travel to depots in Mumbai and other cities as needed

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of ISO tanks - parts, testing, and cleaning process.
Basic understanding of rental agreements and vendor bills.
Comfortable using computer, Excel and ERP software for daily entries.
Hard-working and quick to follow up with depots every day.
