Job Description 1: L2 Infrastructure Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise IT infrastructure

Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in relevant disciplines

Core Qualifications & Certifications
Network Track: CCNP (Enterprise/Security) or equivalent certification. Hands-on experience with routing/switching, network security, Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC), and SD-Access (SDA) / non-SDA settings.
Systems Track: Proven experience in server administration, enterprise virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and compute infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Day-2 operational support and continuous infrastructure monitoring.
Handle initial incident triage, system administration, and first-line troubleshooting across Network, Security, Server,



and Virtualization systems.
Execute standard changes, planned maintenance, and patch updates during designated operational windows.
Assist L3 engineers during Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and complex production issues.
Document shift handovers, operational workflows, and knowledge base articles.
