Role :- Mainframe Developer

Experience:- 4+ years

Location:- Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Indore, Kolkata

Required Technical Skill Set:- Mainframe ,DB2,COBOL, JCL,CICS,VSAM

Must-Have
Positive working development experience of all mainframe technologies like Mainframe ,DB2,COBOL, JCL,CICS,VSAM
Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Create and manage JCL scripts to efficiently handle batch jobs and workflows.
Develop, optimize, and maintain DB2 databases for seamless data storage and retrieval
Build and support transaction processing systems using CICS to enable high-performance applications.
Manage VSAM datasets for optimized storage and quick access to data.
Analyze, debug, and resolve application issues using FILE-AID, XPEDITOR, ONLINE DEBUGGER, while enhancing system performance.
Team Collaboration and Documentation:



Work closely with stakeholders and document processes for streamlined development and maintenance.
Experience in Build and deployment using DEVOPS tools.
Positive knowledge on creating build, test scripts and responsible for configuration of build deployment tool for Continuous Integration environments.
Hands on experience in unit test case creation and technical documentation.
Mentoring others and sharing best practices.
Excellent communication skills and working in a matrix hierarchy.
Proven permanent fix driven mind set.
Proven evidence of identifying improvement opportunities and deliver them consistently.
