Experience: 3–7 Years | Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Civil Engineering
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects.
Study drawings, tender documents, specifications, and project requirements.
Analyze material, labour, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs.
Review vendor/subcontractor quotations and support tendering and negotiations.
Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Design, and Commercial teams.
Identify cost optimization and value engineering prospects.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, estimation, and rate analysis preferred.
