ob Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop & Network Engineer (L2) to manage and support end-user computing, network infrastructure, and IT systems. The candidate should have solid troubleshooting skills and experience in desktop support, networking, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues.
Trouble Shoot All Types of Antivirus (SOPHOS / Sequarite / Acronis)
Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, Network Printers (All In One) and Basic firewall configurations.
Administer Active Directory, Microsoft O365, and user access management.
Monitor system performance, perform updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure IT security compliance, patch management,



and endpoint protection.
Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and provide technical support to employees. & responsibilities
