Role & responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of retail showrooms across Gujarat.
Lead and manage the GM Sales at each showroom location and drive consistent performance across dealerships.
Oversee Sales, Finance, HR, and Administration functions across all locations.
Set business targets, monitor performance, and drive achievement of revenue, profitability, and sales objectives.
Review showroom-wise KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve business performance.
Ensure consistent processes, customer experience, reporting standards, and operational discipline across all dealerships.
Manage and develop a team of approximately 1015 direct/indirect team members across the business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business objectives, and dealership requirements.
Manage relationships and high-value discussions with HNI customers and other key stakeholders.
Work closely with the MD on business planning, expansion,



financial performance, and strategic initiatives.
Drive cross-functional coordination between Sales, Finance, HR, and Administration to ensure smooth dealership operations.
Regularly travel across Gujarat to oversee and review operations at different showroom locations.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Highly polished, skilled, and confident personality.
Solid commercial and business acumen.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to confidently interact with OEM senior management, HNIs, and other high-value stakeholders.
Robust analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities with a high degree of ownership.
Strong understanding of automotive retail operations, dealership economics, and sales management.
Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
