Looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Absence & OTL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Oracle Fusion HCM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence & OTL.
Analyze business requirements and provide solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective HR processes.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and processes.

Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence & OTL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
