Role & responsibilities:-
Monitor BMS/IBMS systems and critical alarms on a 24x7 basis.
Track HVAC parameters such as temperature, humidity, and airflow.
Monitor electrical systems, UPS, DG, PDU, and power distribution equipment.
Identify, acknowledge, and escalate alarms as per defined procedures.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Maintain logs of alarms, events, incidents, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with technicians and vendors for issue resolution.
Perform routine system checks and health monitoring.
Support preventive maintenance activities and shutdown procedures.
Ensure compliance with data center SOPs, EOPs, and safety standards.
