Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Management Engineer to manage and drive end-to-end Defence and Aerospace programs. The role will involve project planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, manufacturing coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within defined cost, quality, and schedule parameters.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of Defence and Aerospace projects/programs.
Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams.
Track project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
Monitor critical paths, project costs, schedules, and overall program performance.
Interface with customers, OEMs, defence agencies, and government authorities.




Manage contractual deliverables and customer expectations.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, management reviews, and presentations.
Monitor manufacturing progress, material availability, procurement, and vendor performance.
Support FAT, SAT, field trials, validation, qualification, and customer acceptance activities.
Maintain project documentation, risk registers, action trackers, and milestone reports.
Present project health and performance updates to senior management and customers.
