Responsibilities
Upgrade Python packages across supported runtime versions
Resolve dependency API import packaging and test failures
Update package metadata and internal build configuration
Reconcile local patches and diagnose CIpresubmit failures
Validate upgrades and maintain technical documentation

Requirements
Solid Python development and debugging
pipPyPI wheels virtual settings and Python packaging
pytest or equivalent testing frameworks
