You will manage sourcing through multiple channels including job portals, institutes, and vendors, and drive onboarding, induction, and recent hire assimilation.
The role also supports talent management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Additionally, you will handle HR operations including MIS, payroll inputs, statutory compliance coordination, and HRMS management.
This is a shop-floor-facing role requiring robust interaction with workmen, contractors, and plant leadership.
