Role & responsibilities
Create a protected, caring, and engaging classroom workplace that supports young childrens overall development.
Plan and deliver play-based, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the early childhood curriculum.
Conduct creative activities including storytelling, arts & crafts, music, games, and outdoor play to encourage learning and creativity.
Monitor and assess childrens social, emotional, cognitive, and developmental progress, providing individual support where required.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s progress, behavior, and development.
Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to support classroom activities, events, and a holistic learning experience.

Preferred candidate profile




ECCED / Montessori / D.Ed / NTT certification or diploma from a recognized institute.
Prior experience as a Pre-Primary/Nursery/KG Teacher will be preferred.
Solid communication, interpersonal, classroom management, and child-handling skills.
Passionate, patient, caring, and enthusiastic about teaching and nurturing young learners.
Ability to create a creative, stimulating, and child-friendly learning environment.
Female candidates below 45 years of age with a genuine passion for early childhood education are preferred.
