Role & responsibilities :
Manage the day-to-day caf operations during the assigned shift.
Lead, deploy and support the Barista/team members to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure product quality, recipe adherence, service standards and customer experience.
Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints and resolve operational issues.
Monitor sales, productivity, inventory and wastage.
Ensure proper cash handling, POS operations and shift reconciliation.
Conduct shift briefings, allocate responsibilities and ensure proper shift handovers.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, food safety and SOP compliance.
Ensure timely replenishment of caf stock, merchandise and display units.
Follow equipment SOPs and report maintenance issues for timely resolution.
Drive suggestive selling and help improve caf sales.
Coach and train team members on the job and support their development.
Escalate critical people, operational or maintenance issues to the Store Manager.
Create a protected, clean and positive workplace and take ownership of the overall shift.
