Role & responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing and processing Current Car and Pre-Owned Car Loans, managing dealer relationships, supporting customers throughout the loan journey, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through dealers, DSAs, brokers, and direct customer sourcing.
Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
Build and maintain solid dealer and customer relationships.
Guide customers on loan products, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
Collect, verify, and submit KYC and income documents.
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Track loan applications and update CRM records.
Provide post-disbursement support and resolve customer queries.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills.




Sales and relationship management abilities.
Basic knowledge of vehicle loans, banking, or NBFC products.
Target-oriented with valuable negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
2 to 5 years of experience in vehicle finance, banking, NBFC, or sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

KPIs:
Loan disbursement achievement.
Dealer acquisition and engagement.
Login-to-disbursement turnaround time (TAT).
Portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
