Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and job specifications
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Identify and shortlist relevant candidates
Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic discussions
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Work closely with recruitment managers and senior consultants
Ensure timely closure of assigned hiring requirements
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment documentation
Achieve defined recruitment and productivity targets

Candidate Profile

We are looking for:




MBA / PGDM graduates from reputed colleges/institutes
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
High energy and a willingness to learn
A proactive and result-oriented approach
Genuine interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Consulting
Comfort with working in a rapid-paced, target-driven setting
Willingness to work from office on a permanent basis

Preferred Location

Candidates residing in Mumbai, particularly along the Western Line or nearby areas, will be preferred due to the permanent work-from-office requirement.
