Job Role

As an International Non-Voice Associate, you will support global customers through chat and email. Your responsibilities include:
Respond to customer queries via chat and email in a timely and qualified manner.
Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Handle multiple customer interactions while meeting productivity and quality targets.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data security standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.





Eligibility Criteria
12th Pass or Above.
Freshers are eligible.
Candidates with 1 year or more of Customer Support experience are also eligible.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Salary

Freshers
CTC: 3.2 LPA (26,000/month)
Take-Home: 21,000/month

1 Year Experience
CTC: 3.8 LPA (31,500/month)
Take-Home: 27,000/month

2 Years Experience
CTC: 4.2 LPA (35,000/month)
Take-Home: 30,000/month
