The opportunity: Senior Project Manager-National-PAS WKFA-CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory - New Delhi

Your key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end programme delivery (initiation to closure) across large HR transformation engagements.
Drive HR technology implementations (ATS, HRMS, ERP SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday).
Establish delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and reporting cadence.
Manage multiple stakeholders (Client CXOs, HR leaders, internal teams).
Ensure commercial management margins, scope control, change requests.
Build and mentor delivery teams and project managers.
Drive quality, risk management, and delivery excellence frameworks.
Support business development & solutioning for new deals.
Robust experience in HR technology transformation (ATS/HRMS implementations, digital HR).
Expertise in:



Programme & portfolio management; Agile / Hybrid delivery models; Process transformation (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle); Data, reporting and analytics enablement; Solid exposure to global delivery models and GCC settings.
Ability to define standard methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets.
Experience in large, multi-country transformation programmes.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management
