Job Description Weighbridge Operator (RMC Plant)

Location: Keshav Nagar, Pune – RMC Plant

Position: Weighbridge Operator

Job Purpose

To efficiently manage weighbridge operations at the RMC Plant and ensure accurate weighing, documentation and recording of all incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials.

Key Responsibilities
Operate the electronic weighbridge and related software/system.
Accurately weigh incoming raw-material vehicles and outgoing RMC vehicles.
Verify vehicle number, material details, quantity and transporter information.
Generate and maintain weighment slips and related documents.
Maintain accurate daily weighbridge records and system entries.
Cross-check weighment data with challans,



dispatch documents and other records.
Coordinate with Plant, Dispatch, Stores, Accounts, Purchase and Security teams.
Identify and report any weight discrepancy or irregularity to the Plant Head/Supervisor.
Follow company policies, safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Key Skills
Valuable knowledge of weighbridge operations.
Solid computer and data-entry skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred Experience

Experience in RMC, construction, infrastructure, cement or manufacturing industries will be an advantage.

Plant Head / Operations Manager Role & responsibilities
