Job Summary

Associate Consultant-TMT-Business Consulting Risk-CNS - RISK - PROCESS & CONTROLS - Bangalore

Responsibilities
Lead in office execution of high-end interior fit-out works, including bespoke joinery, premium finishes, and custom detailing
Support fit-out lead in planning and execution to align design deliverables with operational and regulatory requirements.
Prepare monthly cashflow reports and weekly progress reports.
Manage procurement of materials, ensuring timely availability and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate between site and office teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
Review and certification of interim and final invoices submitted by venders, co-ordination with venders/sub-contractors/ consultants
Manage and coordinate building services,



including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and changes.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology Civil Engineering

Experience
Project Management (6+ years)
