This role will be responsible for the Product Quality of specific SW Products by creating test strategies, test cases, and executing tests. The individual will seek to continuously improve quality assurance by exploring recent technologies, using contemporary test tools to improve test efficiency and effectiveness, and increasing test automation coverage.
In addition to the regular testing responsibilities, the individual is expected to be self-driven and proactive in identifying and driving testing and automation initiatives.



The role will provide technical guidance to the testing team, support the adoption of improved testing practices and tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall testing approach and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables)
Lead the planning and execution of testing activities across multiple projects.
Define testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
Mentor junior testers and provide technical guidance and support.
Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
Analyze test results and provide insights to improve software quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Continuously evaluate and adopt current testing technologies and approaches.
Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, effectiveness, and automation coverage, and proactively drive the implementation of these improvements.
