Role & responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all EHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.
Conduct safety induction programs, trainings, and toolbox talks.
Monitor PPE usage and promote a protected working workplace.
Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities during inspections and audits.
Lead emergency response and fire safety activities.
Drive continuous improvement in safety performance across the plant/site.

Preferred candidate profile
4 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, or Construction environments.
Ability to independently handle EHS activities and compliance requirements.
Positive problem-solving and team coordination skills.
