Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior AV Programmer who can independently handle programming, integration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of AV and automation systems across projects.
The candidate should have solid hands-on experience with multiple AV control and automation platforms and should be comfortable working directly with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, OEMs and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement programming for AV Control & Automation Systems.
Work on integration of AV devices, control systems and third-party equipment.
Configure, program, test and commission AV systems at project sites.
Troubleshoot programming and system-integration issues.
Develop control logic, UI/interface and automation sequences as required.
Interface with Project Managers and Engineering teams during project execution.




Coordinate with OEMs and technical teams for system integration.
Conduct testing, commissioning and system handover.
Prepare programming documentation and system backups.
Provide remote/in office technical support after commissioning.
Travel Pan India for project requirements.
Technology / Platform Exposure
We should specifically look for candidates having exposure to multiple platforms, such as:
Crestron
AMX
Extron
Q-SYS
Biamp
Dante / Audio Networking
KNX / Control Systems
Lutron / Lighting Control
Control4 / Home Automation
TCP/IP, RS-232, IR, Relay, API-based integrations
C#, C++, Python, JavaScript or other relevant programming languages
Important: We don't necessarily need someone who is an expert in every technology. The candidate should have strong programming fundamentals and demonstrated hands-on experience with multiple AV automation/control platforms.
