We are hiring a Business Development Manager – Healthcare & Wellness for one of our clients in the health and wellness sector.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build strategic relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, wellness centres, and preventive healthcare practitioners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding institutional partnerships and driving business growth across the healthcare ecosystem.

Must Have Skills
• Knowledge of B2B partnerships and business development
• Strong network with doctors, clinics, hospitals, or wellness centres
• Comfortable conducting in-person meetings and building long-term partnerships

Valuable to Have
• Experience in pharma, nutraceutical, healthcare, or wellness partnerships

Key Responsibilities
• Build and nurture relationships with doctors, functional medicine practitioners, and longevity specialists




• Onboard clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions for product recommendation and retail partnerships
• Develop partnerships with wellness centres, diagnostic chains, and preventive healthcare providers
• Create institutional and bulk distribution opportunities
• Conduct product education sessions for healthcare professionals and wellness practitioners
• Support scientific discussions around longevity, preventive healthcare, and nutrition products
• Identify current B2B channels within the healthcare and wellness ecosystem
• Drive institutional sales, partnership growth, and revenue generation

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B partnerships, healthcare sales, or institutional sales
• Strong network within the healthcare or wellness industry
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Comfortable with field visits and face-to-face client meetings
