Role Description
The BDM – Water Heating Solution role is a full time, on-site position based in Pune. The individual in this role will identify and develop recent business opportunities for water heating solutions, including Solar Water Heater & Heat Pump, across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and technical discussions, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the sales pipeline. The role involves coordinating with technical and installation teams to ensure timely solution design, project execution, and customer satisfaction. The BDM will also contribute to market analysis, pricing strategies, and long-term business planning to drive revenue growth and brand presence in the water heating solutions segment.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and nurture opportunities in the water heating and renewable energy market.
Proficiency in account management and sales, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals with diverse customer segments.
