RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the group.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop
effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools and
maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations throughout the
recruitment process.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications,
skills, and fit for the organization.
Coordinate with external agencies and partners for specialized recruitment
needs.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Adani's reputation as
an employer of choice in the Airports industry.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to
stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
based on industry best practices.
Support onboarding processes for current hires to ensure a smooth transition into
the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
