MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in technical program management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Proven track record of managing portfolio planning and roadmap
prioritization, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and
executive North Star metrics.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and frameworks to automate workflows,
enhance data-driven decision-making, and accelerate program execution.
Ability to apply technical judgment to navigate engineering scope, assess
feasibility, and manage dependencies across a global stack.

across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses
and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs
in product development with engineers.
