Role Description This is a full-time, in office BIM Modeler role based in Salem.



The BIM Modeler will develop and maintain detailed Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines in coordination with project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting design inputs and construction drawings, creating accurate 3D models and 2D documentation, and updating models based on design changes and stakeholder feedback. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models meet project standards, support clash detection, and facilitate coordination across disciplines. The BIM Modeler will also assist in producing schedules, quantity take-offs, and visualizations, while adhering to company and industry quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with the ability to create, manage, and coordinate digital models throughout the project lifecycle.
