Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South for a Senior Executive Credit Life Bancassurance Insurance Sales qualified. The role involves managing and growing credit life insurance sales through bancassurance channels, working closely with bank branches and relationship managers to identify prospects and convert leads. The Senior Executive will conduct customer meetings, explain product features and benefits, provide policy illustrations, and support the completion of documentation and underwriting requirements.



Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM or reporting tools, coordinating with internal operations and claims teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The role also requires regular reporting to leadership, participation in sales reviews, and contribution to local sales initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications
Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in credit life or bancassurance, with strong understanding of retail banking and lending products.
Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, customer relationship management, and negotiation within financial services or insurance sectors.
Knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance practices, and basic underwriting concepts relevant to credit life products.
