Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive with experience in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should understand healthcare marketing sensitivities, patient-centric communication, and platform-specific strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle social media accounts for healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, doctors).

Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.

Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and stories.

Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives.

Monitor social media trends and implement relevant strategies.

Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred).

Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.





Ensure all content follows healthcare compliance and brand guidelines.

Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and queries professionally.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (healthcare preferred).

Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.

Experience in running Meta Ads campaigns is a plus.

Solid communication and content writing skills.

Basic understanding of healthcare marketing ethics and compliance.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with hospitals or healthcare brands.

Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling tools.

Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics is a plus).
