Associate Strategy

Reporting To: Head Corporate Services

Role Overview

The Associate Strategy will support the Strategy team across ongoing corporate priorities, business lines and strategic initiatives.

The person will initially serve as a central support and coordination resource across different workstreams. The role will involve understanding business requirements, conducting research and analysis, preparing high-quality presentations and proposals, coordinating with internal stakeholders and helping ensure that projects progress as planned.

As the person develops a deeper understanding of the company and its business lines, they will gradually take independent ownership of selected strategic projects from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Support Ongoing Strategy Initiatives
Support the Head Corporate Services and other Strategy team members across ongoing strategic assignments.
Develop a solid understanding of the company s business lines, operating models, priorities and growth plans.




Support initiatives relating to corporate strategy, business expansion, recent services, partnerships and organisational improvement.
Provide structured support across workstreams based on the priorities of the Strategy team.
Assist in converting strategic priorities into clear activities, timelines and deliverables.
Presentations, Proposals and Business Documents
Prepare high-quality management presentations, client pitches, partnership proposals, concept notes and other business documents.
Convert management inputs, data and preliminary ideas into explicit, concise and logically structured materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and validate the accuracy of submissions.
Maintain and improve standard company presentations, profiles, templates and proposal materials.
Prepare briefing notes, management updates and decision documents for senior leadership.
