About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst / Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify, document, and track software defects throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UI testing of web/mobile applications.
Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Execute test cases and identify, document, and track defects.
Perform smoke and sanity testing for new builds and releases.
Re-test resolved defects and perform regression testing.
Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.




Participate in requirement discussions and provide inputs from a testing perspective.
Maintain transparent documentation of test results and defects.
Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
Identify potential edge cases and areas of risk before production release.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Manual Testing / Quality Analysis.
Robust understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Good knowledge of different software testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Zoho BugTracker, Azure DevOps, etc.
Good understanding of Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and System Testing.
Basic understanding of API testing is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing is preferred.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and documentation skills.

Experience working in an Agil
